“El 30 de marzo del 2010 lei que se había aprobado en el Perú la ley sancionada, que modifica la Ley 28705 o ley general para la prevención y control de los riesgos del consumo de tabaco que autorizaba las “zonas solo para fumadores”. Ahora queda prohibido fumar en los espacios públicos cerrados, interiores de los lugares de trabajo y en el transporte público.
Esto me alegró. Ya que no solo no fumo, sino que tambien me jode que fumen en mi cara. Toda yo, mi pelo, mi ropa y todo lo que me rodea apesta a cigarro gracias a algunas personas que se cagan en la nota de que otros no queremos morir gracias a su asqueroso humo. Los días han pasado y tenido la oportunidad de salir por ahí dar vueltas por Lima y mi sorpresa: NADIE EN ESTA CIUDAD HA RESPETADO LA LEY. Me pregunto si es que algún día lo harán o es que acá en el Perú somos tan puta-mente criollos que jamás dejaran de fumar donde les provoque. Somos limeños pues, no jodas! como no voy a fumar en un sitio publico, que coño si hay niños o gente que no quiere apestar o morir por ‘second-hand smoke’ o simplemente por respetar la LEY.
Me jode! me jode que nadie pueda regular las leyes en este país, estuve en el Rafael, Patagonia, La Celosa, FRIDAYS con mis chibolos y en todos FUMAN a sus anchas y cuando pregunté, “pero que no se cumple la ley?” me contestaron que la ley no es vigente, tartamudearon… pero la verdad es que no les importa porque en el Perú finalmente se puede hacer siempre lo que uno quiere sin respetar a nadie!“
